Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Place your nodes and M2 router closer to each other to increase the signal strength.
- Change the encryption (WPA/WPA2) to WPA2 only:
- On the Mercku app: Go to Settings > Select Wi-Fi Settings > Select Encryption > Select WPA2-PSK.
- On http://mywifi.mercku.tech: Go to Settings> Select Wi-Fi Settings > Select Encryption > Select WPA2-PSK.
