The system log is used for analysis purposes to determine the cause of issues that you may be experiencing with your devices. This log may be requested by our customer support team. If it is, please copy and paste your log and send it back to us.
Please notice that the log will be cleared after rebooting or resetting. Thus, backing up the log is recommended before rebooting or resetting your Mercku devices.
The management route is the same on both the Mercku M2 and the Mercku M6.
You can access the system log using the Mercku Portal.
- Visit http://mywifi.mercku.tech, and log in using your Router Admin Password
- Go to Advanced Settings > System Log > Enable
