When you first set up your router, please ensure that your system’s time zone is correct. This will ensure that any time-based system functions, such as parental controls, are operating as expected.
The time zone may be updated in either the Mercku App or the Portal.
Using the Mercku App:
- Open the Mercku App on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings > Timezone
- Select your time zone from the list.
Using the Mercku web portal:
- Visit http://mywifi.mercku.tech and log in using your Router Admin Password.
- Go to Settings > Timezone
- Select your time zone
