Why my speed from "Router>Internet" is lower than my internet speed package, and the speed from "Router>Mobile" is even lower?
The "router->internet" speed may not be able to match the claimed bandwidth from your ISPs, because the speed tests on the Mercku app/ web portal are against Mercku speed test server, which may be far away from where you live. While speed tests of ISPs are usually against their own local servers, and the test process is locally optimized, so test results could be better than Mercku's.
Besides, Mercku server will respond to many speed tests from all over the world every minute. If too many tests are happening at the same time, Mercku speed test server will reach its limit, which may lead to a negative speed test result on Mercku app/ web portal. As a result, it is recommended to test with the third party tool: http://speedtest.net.
Please make sure to connect the mobile directly to the main gateway M2 Queen when doing the speed test.
The speed from "Mobile->Router" basically reflects the Wi-Fi performance from M2 Queen to your mobile phone. It could be influenced by factors including housing structure, indoor obstacles, appliance interference to the deployment of mesh nodes to the main unit and configuration. The speed will change if your mobile moving from one M2/Bee node to another. It will be affected by the actual number of end devices you have in your Wi-Fi network: if the network is crowded, the speed goes down. A better deployment of main M2 Queen and nodes will also help to improve the speed and Wi-Fi performance.
