To access your Mercku Web Portal you must be connected to the Mercku WiFi Network. Otherwise, the application will be inaccessible. To access the Web Portal, ensure that you're connecting to "http://mywifi.mercku.tech" and not ".com".
If http://mywifi.mercku.tech does not work for you, you might look up the Router IP address on your local network. You then can connect to this IP address by inputting it into the URL bar of your browser to launch the Mercku Web Portal instead (e.g. 192.168.1.1).
