How do I set up my M6?

Follow these steps to set up your Gateway (Main) Router

1. Plug in the M6 Queen with the provided power supply and wait a minute while the device boots up.
2. Connect one end of the provided Ethernet cable to the M6's WAN port and the other end to the LAN port of your Modem. Once connected via Ethernet cable, the LED in front of the M6 will light up with white colour, confirming a successful connection. 

3. Once your M6 is fully booted up and connected to the Internet via Ethernet cable, connect to the Open Mercku network from your device's settings: MERCKU-XXXX (last 4 digits of your M6's Serial Number)

4. Go to the Mercku App (available on iOS and Android), or the Mercku Web Portal and follow the on-screen, interactive instructions to set up your network SSID and password.
   
   

   1. Click on the “+” on the right top corner of the page.
      
      
      
      
   2. Select the "Set up the gateway router of a new mesh network" option
      
      
      
      
   3. Select "Setup the M6 router"
      
      
      
   4. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions; wait for a minute while the server is looking for the router.
   5. Once the M2 appears, select your M6-XXXX (last 4 digits of your Serial Number) > click Next and wait for 1 minute until your network is set up.
   6. Now, go to your device's WiFi settings and connect to your newly created network!

Once your network is set up and running, please upgrade the firmware on your Mercku devices - this ensures you get the best experience right as you start using your WiFi!
